Hello!.  My name is Aaron.  For those of you who are regular subscribers to the E6S-Methods podcast, you are quite familiar with my voice.  And now here is face to go with the voice.  Thank you for finding this page to the survey.  Before going any further, I hope to learn your story, if you are willing to share it.  Who are you?  What are you passions?  What gives you great joy and pride? What are your frustrations?  What are your goals?

My Story:

I am a 38-year-old husband and a father of three daughters.  I have a couple university degrees in engineering and have attempted to balance my technical side with passions in the humanities, music and the outdoors.  I began my journey with Lean Six Sigma in 2000 in the aerospace industry.  Since then, I have had the good fortune of being paired with powerful teams, generating 20+ million dollars to the bottom and top line for my employers and clients. While this is gratifying, I feel greater purpose in helping others discover their strengths to overcome their own challenges, whether this be through training, coaching, or providing helpful content. This is the basis of E6S Industries' mission and our slogan: "Journey Through Success."
